Pass & Ticket Terms and Conditions

PASS REFUND OPTION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Refund Option is those who may want their money back (no credit).
Subject to the refund calculation, Snow Trails will refund based on the following conditions:
The Refund Option must be purchased concurrently with that season's Season Pass. 
The Refund Option commences with the purchase of a Season Pass and selection of the Pass Refund Option.
Notification of non use should be given to Snow Trails ASAP for maximum credit. 
All refunds are final. 
The Pass Refund Option price is non-refundable under any circumstances and excludes Add-On Options. 

Once a Pass is picked up a prorated value will be determined one of two ways including:
Gold Passes: 10% of the Value will be deducted for each week starting Kick-Off Weekend. (usually 2nd weekend in December). 
Other Pass: All non-Gold Season Pass refunds will be based on the number of times a scanable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate. 
Refund requests will not be accepted after March 31st of each season.

All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT PASS REFUND OPTION

A person may receive a credit (no refund) for their Season Pass if unable to ski/ride due to medical/relocation reasons.  
For those passes not picked up 10% of the value will be ducted each week starting Kick Off Weekend (usually 2nd weekend of December) until that value is at $0 by the end of February. 
For those who picked up their Season Pass a credit will be based on the number of times a scannable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate and then the 10% per week policy is applied on top of that so that by the end of February the value is $0.
All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.

Terms & Conditions for Snowtubing Daily Tickets

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issues for purchases made online.
  • Transfers: Reservations may be transferred to another person. Please contact us our Contact Us Form
  • Changes to Reservation Date: Transfers to another date are possible when availability exists, and we have been given 24-hour notice to release your reservation to other guests. Please contact Guest Services at 1.800.OHIO.SKI or GuestServices@snowtrails.com to make arrangements.  It can only be rescheduled to available sessions.  
  • Resale: Tickets may not be purchased and resold by a business, club or group (for profit or non-profit) without express written consent. Personal transactions are permitted at or below face value. 
  • Weather: Snowtubing will continue during poor weather conditions including rain, snow, very cold and unseasonably warm temperatures. Please visit www.snowtrails.com prior to your arrival to confirm we are open.
  • Temporary Closing: In the event of a delay due to lightening raincheck will be issued for sessions impacted by the temporary closing. We cannot move sessions back as this will impact those with later bookings.
  • Discounts: No discounts can be applied for online purchases. Those wanting Group Discounts must contact us via GuestServices@snowtrails.com to make arrangements for select days and times. Other discounts maybe be applied at the window based on availability.
  • Cancelations: If Snow Trails has to close the facility for any reason refunds will be issued.
  • Waiver: Acceptance of an online waiver as well as signed printed waiver is required for each participant. A link to a downloadable waiver will be provided in your email purchase confirmation.
  • Groups: Groups can buy online up to 30 tickets for any sessions at full price. Those requesting our One Time Group discounts need to contact Guest Services via guestservices@snowtrails.com to make arrangements. Blackout days and time apply for groups wanting to book at discounted pricing.
  • Season Pass Holders: Are not required to make a reservation online and can present their pass at snowtubing at any time for access to the hill (season passes are NOT transferable for others to use). A certain number of tubes are held back each session for pass holders to utilize. Season Pass Holders must wait in line for availability.

Terms & Conditions for Daily Ski Lift Tickets

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issues for purchases made online. You may retain your booking for future arrival dates in the same season. Please contact us for details. 
  • Transfers: Reservations may be transferred to another person prior to your arrival. Please contact us via GuestServices@snowtrails.com to make arrangements.
  • Changes to Reservation Date: Transfers to another date are possible when availability exists and we have been given 24 hour notice to release your reservation to other guests. Please contact Guest Services at 1.800.OHIO.SKI or GuestServices@snowtrails.com to make arrangements.  It can only be rescheduled to dates with availability. 
  • Resale: Tickets may not be purchased and resold by a business, club or group (for profit or non-profit) without express written consent. Personal transactions are permitted at or below face value. 
  • Discounts: No discounts can be applied for online purchases. Those wanting Group Discounts must use our Contact Us Form to make arrangements. Times and dates are very limited for Group Discount consideration.  Other discounts maybe be applied at the window based on availability.

Notification by eMail:

My acceptance of our terms and conditions you agree to allow Snow Trails to email you throughout the season with important updates that might affect your reservation or visit. This might include changes due to weather, power outages or maintenance of mechanical lifts. 

As Passholders and member of Snow Trails we will also send email notifications of events and marketing opportunities several times a month during the winter season and lead up to season. 

Texting Notification:

My acceptance of our terms and conditions you agree to allow Snow Trails to text you throughout the season with important updates that might affect your reservation or visit. This might include changes due to weather, power outages or maintenance of mechanical lifts. Our goal is to connect you before you arrive on the date or time of your reservation to save you the trip. 

Snow Trails DOES NOT send text message for marketing opportunities, events or contests. Never.
