This Once-A-Week Season Pass Only and DOES NOT include Equipment Rentals. It is for those ages 6-18 years who are part of a School Club that travels by bus. You should only be purchasing this if you have been instructed by your School Club Advisor and have an Information Price Sheet from them! Pricing will discount when you apply your Club Promotion Code and Club ID. Please contact your Club Leader if you do not have either. Purchase of this Season Pass does not include bus fees or bus access. Group Lesson are an option for those 9 years of age and older, one Group Lesson per visit.

  • Each day you arrive you must present this Club Pass Card at the Ticket Window or Rental Center to receive a wearable Daily Lift Ticket.
  • School Club OAW participants have Once-A-Week slope access starting opening day and usable through the end of the season. 
  • Passes may be used Once-A-Week even if you do not come on your Club's regular date of visit. 
  • You can continue to use your pass even when your buses are no longer visiting until closing day. 
  • A new week starts each Sunday for Once-A-Week Passes.
  • All Once-A-Week Season Passes become Everyday Season Passes starting the Sunday after Presidents' Day. This means you can come Everyday until the End of the Season!
  • Does not include helmet. Please see the Helmet Add-On product if you require one.
  •  NON-TRANSFERABLE photo ID's are issued for these passes and need to be presented to receive a valid Lift Ticket each visit. There are no black out date restrictions for individuals.

  • Once-A-Week Group Lesson: Once per visit the student may take a Group Lesson. More information can be found on our Group Lessons page: https://www.snowtrails.com/shared/lessons. 
  • Helmet Rental: A helmet is obtained each visit in the Rental Center for a one time. 
  • Pass Refund Option- The opportunity to ask for a Refund during the season, no questions asked. See below. 

What is the Pass Refund Option?
If a lifestyle change due to work, school, health, etc is possible then the Pass Refund Option is your insurance that you can get a refund...no questions asked. The Pass Refund Option is a way to guarantee return of your funds if for any reason you need to cancel your season pass based on usage if requested by February 28th of the same season. 100% refunded if unused or pro-rated based on usage. Must be purchased at same time as season pass.

CANCELLATIONS WITHOUT PASS REFUND OPTION
A person may receive a credit (no refund) for their Season Pass if unable to ski/ride due to medical/relocation reasons. For those passes not picked up 10% of the value will be deducted each week starting January 2nd until that value is at $0 by early March. For those who picked up their Season Pass a credit will be based on the number of times a scannable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate and then the 10% per week policy is applied on top of that so that by early March the value is $0.All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.
