PASS REFUND OPTION POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONSThe Refund Option is for those who may want their money back (no credit).Subject to the refund calculation, Snow Trails will refund based on the following conditions:The Refund Option must be Added-On to your initial Season Pass purchase.
The Pass Refund Option price is non-refundable under any circumstances and excludes Add-On Options.
Once a Pass is picked up a prorated value will be determined one of two ways including:Gold Passes: 10% of the Value will be deducted for each week starting Kick-Off Weekend. (usually 2nd weekend in December). Other Pass: All non-Gold Season Pass refunds will be based on the number of times a scanable pass has been used multiplied by the All Day Peak Day lift ticket rate. Refund requests will not be accepted after March 31st of each season.When requesting a refund please contact the Guest Services via our Contact Us Form. All refunds are final and subject to Snow Trails discretion and approval.
